Mrs. Joyce K. Roberts

Memorial services for Mrs. Joyce K. Roberts, 59, of Rayville, LA,
will be 3:00 PM Sunday, October 17, 2004 at Mulhearn Chapel with 
Rev. Marcell Crow officiating. Private Family interment at later 
time in Greer Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Robert was born March 4, 1945 in Gilbert, LA, and went to be 
with the Lord on October 13, 2004 after a courageous battle with 
illnesses.

She was employed by the Richland Parish Detention Center until her 
illnesses forced her to retire in July.

She was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Vera Killingsworth, 
and sister Patsy Elaine.

She is survived by four children, Sonya Magnelli and her husband Rick 
of West Monroe, LA, Shannon Roberts of Shreveport, LA, and Randall 
Roberts and his wife Nobie of Bossier City, LA; one sister: Linda Laing 
and her husband Fred; niece Delia Scott and husband Shaine; two nephews: 
Jay Davis and Edward Davis and his wife Cathy; five grandchildren: Rodney 
Roberts, James Scott Roberts, Triniti Jewell Smith, Christian Garrison 
and Richard Magnelli. Along with a host of extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Reveille United Methodist 
Church Prison Ministry, 3909 Nutland Road, Monroe, LA. 71202
Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
