  Odessa Robinson Johnson, age 88, of Delhi,LA was born October 10, 1914 and 
died Novembe 25, 2002 ay Richland Parish Hospital in Delhi.
  Survivors include son and doughter-in-law: Donald and Sue Robinson of 
Vicksburg,MS; daughter and son-in-law: DeEtte and Lonnie Copes of Delhi,LA; 
daughter: Delores Tharpe of Delhi,LA: daughters-in-law: Jean Robinson of 
Shreveport,LA and Joanie Robinson-Evans of Austin,TX; brother: James William 
Tucker, Sr. of Chattanooga,TN; sisters: Ruthie Fuller of Dunn,LA and Adell 
Black of Rayville,LA; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and 
four great-great grandchildren.
  Pallbearers will be John Robinson, David Robinson, Charles Warren Robinson, 
Brian Robinson, Greg Robinson, Adam Pickett, Chris Tharpe, Jared Thompson, 
Charles Tharpe and Hank Tharpe.
  Mrs. Johnson was a resident of the Delhi area for the majority of her life. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Elsie Poland Tucker; 
husbands, John Nathaniel "Nathan" Robinson and Joseph E. "Joe" Johnson; along 
with his sons, Dennis Carvin Robinson and David Albert Robinson; 
grandchildren, Patrice Ann "Trissie" Copes Pickett and Michael W. "Mike" 
Robinson; sisters, Edna Myra Tucker Nash-Walters, Katie Beatrice "Kate" Tucker 
Rester, Henrietta Tucker Carpenter and a brother, Dennis Ray Tucker. The 
family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the residence of Lonnie 
and De-Ette Copes, 271 Hwy 855, Delhi.
  Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 27, 2002 at Cox 
Funeral Chapel in Delhi,LA with Rev. Eddie Fuller and Rev. Marcus Murphy 
officiating. Interment will follow at Delhi Masonic Cemetery.
