Eddie J. Phillips
Services for Mr. Eddie "E. J " Phillips, 92 of Holly Ridge, LA, 
will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, Jan uary 4, 2004 at Mulhearn Funeral Home 
Chapel Rayville, LA, with Rev. John Greer and the Rev. Floyd Duschesne 
officiat ing. Internment to follow in McKnight Cemetery. Under the 
direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Rayville, LA. 

Mr. Phillips was born January 14, 1912 in Philadelphia, MS, passed away 
January 1, 2005 in Rayville, LA. 

He attended Shady Grove Church of God in Holly Ridge. He was also a farmer 
and retired school bus driver with Richland Parish School system. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Francis Marion Phil lips and Annie 
Ingram Phillips and his wife Nellie Phillips. 

He is survived by six children William Edward Phillips and wife Judy Dianne 
of West Mon roe, LA, Marie Thompson and her husband Bill of Monroe, LA Louise 
Carroll of Chatham, LA, Kenneth Louis Phillips and his wife Faye of Hampton, 
GA, Ricky LaRon Phillips of Rayville, LA, and Gary Lane Phillips and his wife 
Carolyn also of Rayville, LA, grandchildren and great grandchildren: Bill and 
Bonnie Phillips, Elijah Bald Knobb, AR, Jodie Marie and Bruce Thornton, Cole of 
West Monroe, LA, Cynthia Dawn Meade Hous ton, TX, Don Alan Meade of Shreveport, 
LA, Clif Carroll Chatham, LA, Clay and Teresa Carroll, Elizabeth Louise, Jeffrey 
Clay and Brandon Loyce of Jonesboro, LA, Kenneth Craig Phillips and Braden of 
Hampton, GA, Robin and Robbie Williamson, Stephen, Cole and Cristan of Hampton, GA, 
Heather Voisen and Family of Morgan City, LA, Brittany Phillips of Houma, LA, 
April Renea Philips and David lane Phillips of Rayville, LA. 

Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers William Edward Phillips, Jr., Don Alan Meade, 
Jeffrey Clay Carroll, Kenneth Craig Phillips, David Lane Phillips, April Renea Phillips. 

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at the fu neral home and 10:00 AM 
until service time Tuesday.
