 Brown-Holley Funeral Home

 RAYVILLE, LA - Services for Mrs. Louise Goodwin Kendrick, 66,
 Rayville, will be held at 10 A.M. Friday, June 14, 1991 at Brown-
 Holley Funeral Home Chapel in Rayville with Rev. Don Doughty
 officiating.  Burial will be in Forest Cemetery under the direction of
 Brown-Holley Funeral Home in Rayville.
 Mrs. Kendrick died Tuesday, June 11, 1991 at Richardson MedicalCenter  
 in Rayville after a long illness.
 Survivors include three sisters:  Eula Smith of Lake Jackson, TX;
 Flo Harrell of Rayville;  Pat Snuggs of Rayville;  one brother: J. T.
 Goodwin of West Monroe;  two nieces:  Lori Goodwin and Hollie Derrick;
 three nephews:  Glenn Smith, John Goodwin, Todd Derrick.
