Ricky Baker and Rev. Fred Keyes officiating. Interment will follow in Twin Cities Memorial Gardens. Mable McKnight, a retired homemaker, was born December 27, 1911, and died on August 18, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband of 74 years, Eddie Lee McKnight, Sr.; two sons, Eddie L. McKnight, Jr. and James R. McKnight; grandson, Ricky McKnight; and granddaughter, Debra McKnight. S he is survived by daughter, Fran Beall and husband Ken of Monroe, LA; sons, B. J. McKnight and wife Charlotte of Rayville, LA; Thomas Earl McKnight and Brenda McKnight of West Monroe, LA;daughters-in-law, Gracie McKnight of Monroe, LA; and Janette Gray of Chatham, LA; one brother, Carra Sullivan and wife Lynda; ten grandchildren, Alisa Lear, Joey Swaggart, Kenny Swaggart, Jimmy McKnight, Bobby McKnight, Scottie McKnight, Mona Ryan, Carl McKnight, Michelle McKnight, and Monica Savino; twenty five great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Bobby McKnight, Scott McKnight, Carl McKnight, Joey Swaggart, Kenny Swaggart, and Brandon Swaggart. Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Sunday at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grace Baptist Church Building Fund on 1569 Harmon Johnson Road in Monroe, LA or to the charity of your choice.
