All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** * James Marvin Wilson Services for Mr. James Marvin Wilson, age 92, of Rayville, LA, will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, July 5, 2003 at the Rayville First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Raymond Cheeks officiating. Burial will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Rayville. Mr. Wilson was a song writer and music evangelist, having his own radio ministry. He was also a farmer and was retired from the U. S. Postal Service. He died on July 2, 2003 at the Richardson Medical Center in Rayville. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah McKay Wilson and a granddaughter Larisa Williams Mitchell. Survivors include: daughter, Sue Wilson Williams and husband, Pat, of Lake Charles, LA; son, Larry Wilson and wife, Marilyn of Maumelle, AR; son, Carey Wilson of Oklahoma City, OK; grandchildren, Mark Wiliams of Lake Charles, LA, Cristie Cobb of Rayville, LA, Carrie Kirkpatrick of Maumelle, AR, Ben Wilson of Benton, AR, Britt Wullenwaber of Oklahoma City, OK; great grandchildren, Jonathan Cob, Hannah Cobb, Joe Cobb, Sam Williams, Sarah Williams, Reuben Mitchell, Joseph Wullenwaber and Sarah Kaitlyn Bobo. Pallbearers are: grandsons; Mark Williams, Tim Cobb, Ben Wilson, Craig Kirkpatrick, Marlon Mitchell and Danny Stephens. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Friday and from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM Saturday at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Rayville and from 12:00 PM until time of service at Rayville First Assembly of God Church.
