Mary Lee Johnston

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Lee Johnston, 72, of Rayville were 
held Monday, July 3, 2006, at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in 
Rayville with Rev. Harold Spillers and Bro. Carlos Mann officiating.

Interment followed in Stevenson Cemetery near Rayville under the 
direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home in Rayville.

Mary Johnston was born on February 10, 1934 in Seminary, MS and passed
away on Saturday July 1, 2006 in Rayville. Mrs. Johnston has been a 
member of Mount Calvary Baptist for thirty-five years. She was 
preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Lottie Bouleware; brother,
Herman Bouleware; and a great grandchild, Madison Copes.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-five years,Oscar "D-Bug" Johnston
of Rayville,LA; children, Kathryn Kelley and husband, Hank of Monroe
LA; Ronnie Johnston and wife Marie of Pioneer, LA; Joann Copes of 
Monroe, La; Cindy Holley and husband, Keith of Rayville, LA; sister,
Norma Ishee and husband, Jim of Laurel, MS; eleven grandchildren and
seventeen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Adam Holley, Jordan Holley, Brad Johnston, Todd Johnston,
Nicholas Tannehill, Brian Toney and Jason Copes.

Honorary pallbearers were Bro. Carlos Mann, Bro. Jack McCullough,
Allen Johnston, Ricky Christian, Kevin McCormick,Kenny Smith, Joel 
Copes and Jake Johnston.
