Mrs. Mary Motley Banks, age88, of Delhi died Tuesday 
afternoon at Richland Nursing Home after a long illness. 
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at First 
National Funeral Home here with the Rev. David Terry 
officiating. Burial will be at the Lone Cherry Cemetery 
in Mangham. Survivors include a son, Jessie W. Banks of 
Mangham; two daughters, Mrs. B.B. Newcomer of Crowville 
and Mrs. Gladys Cartlidge of Delhi; one sister, Mrs. Ed 
Barnett of Delhi; nine grandchildren and eight 
great-grandchildren.
