Jason Murphy officiating. Interment followed in Greer Cemetery near Rayville under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home in Rayville. Patricia Salsbury Brown was born on October 3, 1946 in Rayville to Elias and Allie Lou Salbury and passed away on Friday, May 12, 2006 in Rayville after a lengthy illness. Patricia was a member of the First Assembly of God in Rayville. She was a long time Life Insurance Agent for several companies. She was preceded in death by her brother, William Elias Salsbury and sister, Sadie Salsbury Evans. Survivors include her Husband, Donald W. Brown of Rayville, LA; children, Debbie Mize and husband, Keith of Epps, LA, Ronnie McDonald, Jr. and wife, Melanie of Rayville and David McDonald and wife, Barbie of Rayville; sisters, Helen Salsbury Hunter of Kentwood, LA, Ouida Salsbury McCarty and husband, Robert, Sr. of Rayville and Jena Salsbury Cordell and husband, Jimmy of Rayville; grandchildren, “Little” John Graham, III and wife, LeAnn, Stephanie Horton and husband, J.R., Joseph Graham and wife, Dani, Misty Reeves and husband, Phillip, David Eric McDonald and Cole Michael McDonald; great grandchildren, Rilee Marie Graham, Chloe Reeves, Lakin Horton and Kaden Reese Graham; step daughters, Dorothy, Mickey, Kathy and step son-in-laws, host of nieces, nephews and step great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Tommy Williams, Junior Parker, Dion Branch, Johnny Graham, Jimmy Tyson and Roy Montgomery. Honorary pallbearers were Pete Traweek, A.B. Branch, Clyde Easterling, R.H. Cromwell, Tom Dannell and Dr. Mills.
