Clingan Funeral services for Ruby Mae Seymour (Ross) Clingan, 90, of Mangham and Baskin, were held July 22 at Mangham Firat Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Aultman officiating. Burial followed in Gwin Cemetery in Mangham under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro. Mrs. Clingan passed away July 19 at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Maxine and Bully Ray Smart of Vidalia. She was a member of Mangham First Baptist Church. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Mangham Chapter 152, where she was past Worthy Matron and had served in all stations, she was also a member of the state and national Republican Party. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert States Ross, who was the father of her children;a son, J. Dale Ross; a great grandson, Lantz Ray Ross Bush; her parents, Pearlie and Prentiss (Jarrette) Seymour; a son-in-law, Bill Rowland, five brothers, Nolan Seymour, Dayton Seymour, J.B. Seymour, Doyle G. Seymour and Ozzie Seymour; Two sisters Juanita Staggs and Marie Seymour; and a grandchild, Dale Ross Touchard. She is survived by her husband, Terry Clingan of Baskin; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert Max and Bobbie Ross of Mangham; three daughters and sons-in-law, Maxine and Billy Ray Smart of Vidalia, June Ross Rowland of Alto, and T. Jean and Raymond Clingan of Monroe; a sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and James Smith of Ferriday; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. J.Dale (Mona) Ross of Wildsville and Jonesville; 15 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Pallbearers were Ken Ross, Ron Rowland, Mika Rowland, Terry David Ross, Jason Tiser and Robert Blackwell. Memorials may be made to Mangham First Baptist Church, P.O.
