E. Herrington, A. C. Gammill and Horace Carpenter officiating. Dennis Tucker, no middle name, sometimes called "Dan" who was born January 6, 1882 in Franklin Parish,LA died Friday, April 14, 1967 in Monroe,LA at St Francis Hospital after a brief illness. Burial will be in Harris Cemetery at the family plot, near Crowville,LA under the direction of First National Funeral Home of Delhi. Survivors include his wife (second) Mrs. Carrie Glasscock TUCKER, Dunn; six daughters, Mrs. Edna Myra TUCKER Nash,Rossville,Ga.; Katie Beatrice TUCKER Rester, Delhi; Mrs. Odessa Ella TUCKER/Robinson Johnson, Holly Ridge; Mrs. Mary Adelle TUCKER Black, Monroe; Mrs. Henrietta TUCKER Carpenter, Roxie, Miss. and Mrs. Audrey Ruthie TUCKER Fuller, Dunn; two sons, James William TUCKER, Chattanooga, Tenn.; and Dennis Ray TUCKER, Shreveport, ; two stepsons, A. D. Allen, Ft. Mitchell, Ky. and H. D. Allen, Covington, Ky.; 26 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Harvey Strong, S. V. McKibban, Bill Clarkson, Earl Wells, Bill Walker, Willie Davis.
