Jones, 37, a native of Mangham will be at 2:00 p.m. today at Lone Cherry Baptist Church near Mangham with burial to follow in the church cemetery under the direction of First National Funeral Home here. Mr. Jones was killed instantly Saturday in a head-on collision of an automobile and a Greyhound bus in Vero Beach, Fla. He had been employed in Ypsilanti, Mich. at the time of his death. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Janet A. Jones, Xenia, Ohio, a step-son, Dennis R. Hess of Vandalia, Ohio; his mother, Mrs. W. C. Jones, Ypsilanti, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Mae Williams of Texarkana, Tex. and Mrs. C. B. Herring of Ypsilanti; four brothers, Ernest Jones of Winnsboro, Woodrow Jones of Raleigh, N. C., Benny Jones of Bastrop and Leroy Jones of Collinston. "Bus Collision Fatal to Man of Michigan" VERO BEACH, Fla. (AP) - A head-on smashup of an automobile and a Cincinnati-to-Miami Greyhound bus killed one man instantly Saturday and injured five others, one critically. Walter N. Jones, 37, of Ypsilanti, Mich., a passenger in the car, died instantly. The driver of the car, 37-year-old John P. Sheridan of New York City, was reported in critical condition. The driver of the badly wrecked bus, J. D. Spradley, 48, of Orlando, Fla., underwent surgery but was reported not badly hurt. Sheriff's deputy Ronnie Williams was a witness to the collision at 2:26 a.m. on U.S. Highway 1 south of here. He said Sheridan's car veered across the four-lane highway into the path of the bus. **Submitter's notes: Walter M.
