Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold Spillers officiating. Burial followed in the McKnight Cemetery, under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Homes of Rayville. Mrs. Kuhn died April 1, 2002. She was a member of Mr. Calvary Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Kuhn, her parents, Thomas and Nancy McHand; and a son, William Homer King. Survivors include her daughter, A Willeford of Avinger, TX; her sons Edward Earl Johnson and Lawrence Wayne Johnson both of Longview, TX; a special friend, Robert Hudson, of Longview, TX; four sisters, Aline Driskill and her husband, Felson of Ruston, LA; and Lucille Winstead, Edna Hough and Jimmie Johnson, all of Rayville, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers were Bobby Jennings, Houston Boone, Pat Golliher, James Hough, Wayne Winsted and Chase Winstead.
