the sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, the payment of which 
we hereby bind ourselves our heirs and administrators, 
in solido.
Given under our hands at Rayville, Louisiana, this 
29th day of June A.D., 1944.
The Condition of the Above Obligation is Such,	
That, whereas, the above bounden William B. Castleberry 
has this day obtained a license from the Clerk of the 
District Court of the PARISH OF RICHLAND, LOUISIANA, to

Now, if at the time said license was granted, there 
existed no legal impediments or obstacles to the 
celebration of said marriage, then, and
in such case, this obligation to be null and void; 
otherwise to remain in full force and virtue in law.
