The Sabine Index - Dr. T. L. Abington

  20 Oct 1944 - Last rites for Dr. T. L. Abington, age 75
years, were held at 4:30 p.m. Sunday from the First Baptist
church, Oakdale, Rev. E. C. Harris officiated.

  Dr. Abington was a native of Sabine parish, born in reared
near Noble, having practiced medicine in Many for a number of
years, later practiced in Oakdale and Zimmerman for a number of
years.

  He is survived by his wife and seven children: half-brother,
J. M. Abington of Many and half-sister, Mrs. A. S. Rains of
Zwolle; a number of nieces and nephews and many friends in this
parish to mourn his passing.
