Martha Crews Abington

  Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Crews Abington, 94, of Many,
will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 7, at the Warren
Meadows Chapel, with the Rev. John Koelemay officiating. Burial
will follow in the Many Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Abington died on Monday, August 5, at her residence,
following a lengthy illness.

  Survivors include two daughters, Bobbie Abington Kratz and
husband Bill of Many, and Edith Abington Middleton and husband
Charles of Baton Rouge; two half sisters, Iona Crews Borland, and
Vera Crews, both of Pineville; and one half brother, Appel Crews
of Pineville. Mrs. Abington is also survived by 10 grandchildren;
12 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
