Mr. Tilmer Avery, Jr.

  Funeral services for Mr. Tilmer Avery Jr., were held Saturday,
January 5, at New Jerusalem Baptist Church. Burial followed in
the Pilgrim Star Cemetery in Florien, under the direction of
Oscar Johnson Mortuary. ? Woodrow Williams officiated.

  Mr. Avery passed away on December 11, in Houston, Texas, at the
age of 46.

  Survivors include his wife, Juanita Avery; two fathers, Jessie
Booth Sr., and Tilmer Avery Sr.; seven children, Lawanta,
Simmonethia, Theoplaus, Antique, Misty, Tilmer III, and Randy;
eleven grandchildren; one sister, Irma Jean Booth; five brothers,
Hardy, Jessie Jr., Howard, and Robert Earl Booth, and Richard
Stewart; one aunt, Bonnie Ruth Hairgrow; two uncles, Prince
Hairgrow, and Dennis Gilbert; and many other cousins, relatives,
and friends.
