Earl Edward Austin

  Earl Edward Austin, 61, of Many, died on Sunday, Feb. 3, at 8:50
p.m.

  Austin is survived by his widow, Mrs. Evone Austin of Many; one
son, Huey Austin; 3 grandchildren; six sisters, Mrs. Molly Ramsey
of Zwolle, Mrs. Jenny Cooper of Belmont, Miss Willie Austin of
Shreveport, Mrs. Eva Broadway of Jackson, Miss., Mrs. Martha
LaFitte of Many, and Mrs. Leola Slay of Many.

  Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Feb. 5, at 2 p.m., in the
Belmont Baptist Church. The Rev. Willis Greer and the Rev. Bill
White officiated.

  Burial was in the Belmont Cemetery, with Buddy Greer, Charles
Russell, Earl Tedder, Alan Wilkerson, A. J. Allee, and Ural Maxey
serving as pallbearers.
