Burial will be in Forest Park West Cemetery. She died Tuesday, July 15, at 10:23 a.m., at Highland Hospital in Shreveport, after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Adcock was a native of Trees City, La., had lived 2 years in Cotton Valley, and was a former resident of Shreveport for 30 years. She was a retired Collector for Shreveport Credit Bureau. She was a Baptist. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Mary C. Leach, Keithville, Mrs. Linda Kitchens, Nashville, Tenn., and Mrs. Virginia Pinkley, Shreveport; two sisters, Mrs. Halley Rowe, Many, and Mrs. Sarah Sandel, Florien; six grandchildren.
