Benny Addison

  Services for Mr. Benny Addison, 69, of Shreveport, were held at
2 p.m., Friday, Sept. 19, at the Wellman Funeral Home Chapel. Dr.
John Sullivan, pastor of Broadmoor Baptist Church, and the Rev.
David Rakes, associate pastor, officiated. Burial was at Forest
Park Cemetery.

  Mr. Addison died Tuesday, Sept. 16, 1986, at a Shreveport
hospital, after a long illness. He was a retired U. S. Air Force
Master Sergeant, after 20 years of service, and was a Mason, and
member of the Broadmoor Baptist Church.

  He is survived by two sons, Benny D. Addison of Bossier City,
and captain William R. Addison of Denver, Colo.; one brother,
William Addison of Shreveport; three sisters, Bessie Wright of
Zwolle, Evonne Freed of Spain Fort, Ala., and Josie McDonald of
Las Cruces, N. M., and five grandchildren.
