Burial followed at Many Cemetery. Rev. Larry Norman conducted the service. Miss Addison died at Live Oak Retirement Center on Thursday, December 27, after a short illness. She was a native of Sabine Parish, and was a resident of Shreveport for many years. She worked as a right-of-way agent for the oil and gas industry for many years, at a time when not many women occupied such a position. Miss Addison was a lifelong member of Many First United Methodist Church, and an active supporter of DAR. Miss Addison is survived by one brother, Archie W. Addison of Shreveport; four nieces, Marjorie Williams of Many, Doris Scott of Honolulu, Hawaii, Carolyn Addison of Shreveport, and Paula Addison of Texarkana, Arkansas; and one nephew, Archeleus W. Addison Jr. of Columbus, Ohio.
