Dead is Clinton Lavelle Addison, 55. Vernon Parish Coroner, S. J. Jones, who pronounced Addison dead at the scene, said Addison died of a .410 shotgun blast in the chest. Funeral services were at 10 a.m., Friday, in the Good Hope Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bobby McCullough officiating. Burial was in the Good Hope Cemetery, under the direction of the Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville. Survivors include two sons, Clinton LaDon Addison of Shreveport, and Allen LaWayne Addison of Hornbeck; two daughters, Mrs. Ima Josey of Anacoco, and Mrs. Frances J. Chance of Hornbeck; one brother, LaVern Addison of Anacoco; one sister, Mrs. Avis Lock of Anacoco; father, Thomas D. Addison of Anacoco; and eight grandchildren.
