Mrs. Ada Aten

  Mrs. Ada Eudora Aten, 90, died at a Converse hospital, May 30.

  Funeral services were June 1, in the Bayou Scie Methodist
Church. Burial was in the Bayou Scie Cemetery, under the
direction of Drewett Funeral Home.

  Survivors include three sons, W. F. Aten of Indiana, R. S. Aten
of Hobbs, N. M., W. W. Aten of Franklin; six daughters, Mrs.
Katie Clary of Lubbock, Tex., Mrs. Pearl Jordan of Conroe, Tex.,
Mrs. Lois Hill of Cleburn, Tex., Mrs. Ida Russell of Herlong,
Calif., Mrs. Thelma Tatum of Converse, Mrs. Opal Shoalmire of
Gonzales; 40 grandchildren; and 66 great grandchildren.
