The Sabine Index - Mrs. W. V. Adams

  August 2, 1973

  Funeral services for Mrs. Willie V. Adams, 61, of Lake Charles
was held at 11 a.m. Monday, in the Hixson Funeral Home chapel.
Graveside services were at 3:30 p.m. Monday in the Ft. Jesup
Cemetery.

  Mrs. Adams died July 28, in a Lake Charles hospital.

  Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Sue Leslie of Lake Charles,
Mrs. Dorothy Bailey of Rose Pine, Mrs. Edie Whittington of
Warrentown, VA. And Mrs. Charlene Kenner of Tyler, Tex., a son
Kenneth Adams of West Monroe; three brothers, Johnny Veulaman of
Robeline, Monroe Veulaman of DeRidder and Truman Veulaman of
Houston, Tex.; five sisters; Mrs. Ruth Zarwing of Toledo, Ohio,
Mrs. Mary Clark and Mrs. Odessa Mason, both of Houston, Tex.;
Mrs. Elsie Colston of Robeline and Mrs. Bessie Calhoun of
DeRidder; and 11 grandchildren.
