Jewel K. Adams

  Services for Mr. Jewel K. Adams, 65, of Pleasant Hill, were held
at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 10, at the First Baptist Church of
Pleasant Hill. The Rev. B. J. Weed officiated. Burial was at
Springridge Cemetery near Pleasant Hill.

  Mr. Adams, a custodian for Pleasant Hill School and locker
plant, died at 10:45 p.m., Thursday, March 8, 1984, at Pleasant
Hill General Hospital, after a brief illness.

  He is survived by one sister, Mrs. O. L. Bridges of Pleasant
Hill; one nephew, James Bertrand of Shreveport, La.; four great
nephews.
