Alfonso Guiseppe Alizzi

  Alfonso Guiseppe Alizzi, 79, died Wednesday, May 3 at Sabine
Medical Center. He was born Sept. 21, 1920 in San Antonio, Texas.
He was a veteran of WWII, Korea, and Vietnam.

  Services were held Friday, May 5 at 2 p.m., at Warren Meadows
Funeral Home with interment at Oak Hill Cemetery. Bro. C.J. Walea
and Father Juan Garcia officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, June Alizzi of Many; three sons,
John Alizzi and wife, Camille of Many, Joseph Alizzi of Many, and
Steven Alizzi wife, Jamie of Laurel, Miss; three daughters,
Miretta Alizzi of San Bernadino, Ca., Colleen Groce and husband,
Phillip of Houston, Texas, and Sheila Manasco, husband, Stanley
of Many; two brothers, Louis Alizzi and Rudy Alizzi both of San
Antonio, Texas; one sister, Alice Alvarez of San Antonio, Texas;
and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
