Eddie H. Allen

  Funeral services for Eddie Homer Allen, 65, were held at 2 p.m.,
Thursday, August 15, in Hixson Chapel in Leesville, with the Rev.
Joe Holt officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery in
Hornbeck. Allen died Tuesday morning, August 13.

  Survivors include his widow; one brother, Steve Allen of
Leesville; six sisters, Mrs. Lyvia Datenhoff of Westlake, Mrs.
Lizzie Hernandez of Killeen, Tex., Mrs. Eunice Etephenson, and
Mrs. Sybil McDaniel, both of Hornbeck, Mrs. Francis Beason, and
Mrs. Ethel Kachur of Leesville; and a number of nieces and
nephews.
