Allen, 54, a prominent Junction City, Ark. businessman, was burned to death near Zwolle Sunday morning, when a fire swept through his mobile home. The mobile home was engulfed in flames when the Zwolle Volunteer Fire department arrived on the scene Early Sunday morning. The trailer is located at The Acadian Shores Trailer Park, about 11 miles southwest of Zwolle, on Toledo Bend Reservoir. The cause of the blaze has not been determined. Allen was a partner in Allen Brothers, Inc., a Junction City construction co. He was a veteran of World War II. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, at the Miguez Funeral Home in Jennings, with burial in the China Cemetery near Elton. Survivors include his brother and two sisters, all of Jennings.
