Eugene A. Almon

  Services were held Saturday, May 8, at 2:30 p.m., in the Rose-Neath
Funeral Home Chapel, for Eugene A. Almon, 81, of Shreveport, with the
Rev. Jerry Schmucker of Pinecroft Baptist Church officiating. Burial
was in the Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral
Home.

  Mr. Almon, a retired cotton gin owner, died Friday, May 7, after a
brief illnes.

  Pallbearers were Mike Thibideaux, Jimmy Isgitt, Donald Isgitt, D. C.
Isgitt, Jr., Jackie Haire, E. E. Hall, and Joe Webb.
