Evelyn Litton Ambrose

  Services for Evelyn LittonAmbrose, 71, of Jasper, Tx., were held at
3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan 8, at Rose-Neath Marshall St. Chapel in
Shreveport with Rev. Louis Harkey, pastor of Peach Tree Baptist Church
officiating.

  Burial was in the Centuries Memorial Park in Shreveport.

  She died suddenly at 4:05 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan 7, in Shreveport.

  Mrs Ambrose was a native of Pleasant Hill, and had lived in Jasper
for only 4 years. She was a member of Kelly Memorial Baptist Church
and the Eastern Star, Lancaster Lodge, in Dallas, Tx.

  She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Pryor, Jasper Tx., one
sister, Ester W. Bardos, Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., one granddaughter,
Cherylee Pryor Rayome, Houston, Tx., and one great-granddaughter,
Carson Flynn Joachim, Houston, Tx.
