The Sabine Index - December 7, 1988

  James Birch Annesley

  Mr. James Birch Annesley, 72, died at Pleasant Hill Nursing Home
in Pleasant Hill, La. on December 4, 1988.

  Services were held at Warren Meadows Chapel on Dec. 6, at 10
a.m. with Rev. Bill Hoffman officiating. Burial was at Forest
Lawn Cemetery in Alexandria, La. under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his wife, Maurice Annesley of Zwolle; one
stepson, Edwin Carter of Jackson, MS; two grandsons, Paul Carter
and Kyle Carter, both of Oklahoma City, OK; one granddaughter,
Kay Carter of Jackson, MS; one sister Jackie Hardoway of Monahan,
Tx.; two adopted sons, James Annesley, Jr. and Dennis Kay
Annesley, both of Dallas, Texas.
