All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Mrs. Donnie Ingram Ainsworth Services for Mrs. Donnie Ingram Ainsworth, 83, of Shreveport, were held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 5, at Rose-Neath's Marshall Street Chapel. Dr. D. L. Dykes, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiated. Additional services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 5, at the Beulah United Methodist Church in Marthaville, where Mrs. Ainsworth was a member. Burial was in the Beulah Cemetery in Marthaville. Mrs. Ainsworth died at 11:57 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 2, 1983, at Doctors Hospital, after a brief illness. She was born in Marthaville, had been a resident of Shreveport since 1954, and was a member of the Senior Citizens Club in Cedar Grove. Mrs. Ainsworth was preceded in death by one son, E. O. (Dogie) Ainsworth. She is survived by her husband, Arthur B. Ainsworth of Shreveport; three sons, Aubrey D. Ainsworth of Baton Rouge, Harvey A. Ainsworth, and Bobby R. Ainsworth of Shreveport; two daughters, Jennie Costa of Shreveport, and Naomi Porter of Natchitoches; one brother, Joe Ingram of Marthaville; 22 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Bubba Deen, Stephen Dunlop, Charles Ainsworth, Don Ainsworth, Preston Pearce, and Bobby Ainsworth Jr. Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Fund.
