The Sabine Index - Audrey M. Anthony

  2 Oct 1975 - Audrey M. Anthony, 81, of Many, died on Thursday,
Sept. 25 at 5:15 a.m. following an extended illness.

  She is survived by two sons, C. R. Anthony of Florien, and
Wayne Anthony of Baton Rouge; three daughters, Lela Belle Miller
of Schertz, Texas; Sybil Wood of New Hyde Park, N.Y.; Irene
McClain of San Antonio; two brothers, Berman Miller of Hornbeck
and Leo Miller of Negreet, 13 grandchildren and 14 great
grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held in the Little Flock Baptist Church
with the Rev. Elcie Walker officiating on Friday, Sept. 26 at 2
p.m.

  Burial was in the Little Flock Cemetery under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  The body lay in state at the church until 12:30 p.m. Friday,
Sept. 26.
