Opal Anthony

  Mrs. Opal Anthony, 58, of Florien, died Sunday, March 25, at
1:30 a.m., after a short illness.

  The funeral was held Monday, March 26, at 3 p.m., in the Antioch
Baptist Church. Burial followed in the Antioch Cemetery.

  Pallbearers were Steve Alford, John Raush, Douglas Salter, Dan
Salter, Mike Anthony, Reagan Anthony, Darrel Anthony, and David
Anthony.

  Survivors include her husband, Howard Anthony of Florien; her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joel Speight of Many; two brothers, Paul
Speight of Many, and Joel J. Speight of Brunswick; three sisters,
Mrs. Yvonne Salter of Many, Mrs. Faye Williams of Many, and Ms.
Mary Shows also of Many.
