Jimmy Evans, and Rev. Harold Dunn officiating. Burial was in Antioch Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mr. Anthony died at his residence Wed., Oct. 3, 1984, at 10:10 a.m. He was 61 years old. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Martha DuBose Anthony of Florien; two sons, Reagan Anthony, and Pookey Anthony, both of Florien; three daughters, Mrs. Cindy Funderburk, Mrs. Glenda Dowden, and Mrs. Nancy Dunn, all of Florien; eight brothers, Hoard Anthony, Gordon Anthony, M. G. Anthony, Robert Anthony, all of Florien, Buddy Anthony of Vernon, Ala., Jimmy Anthony, Charles Anthony, both of Shreveport, Wilton Anthony of Mt. Pleasant, Tex.; two sisters, Betty Hopkins of Groves, Tex., Juanita Blackwell of Sulphur, La.; his stepmother, Zelma Anthony of Many; ten grandchildren, all of Florien; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Gary DuBose, Darryl Anthony, David Anthony, Thomas Anthony, Tony Anthony, Michael Anthony, Garland Anthony, and Raymond Harper. Honorary pallbearers were Howard Anthony, Buddy Anthony., Gordon Anthony, M. G. Anthony, Robert Anthony, Jimmy Anthony, Charles Anthony, Wilton Anthony, Joe Lee Chreene, and Sigmon Corley.
