Mr. Walter E. Anderson

  Mr. Walter E. Anderson, (Judd), 77, died Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2000 at his
residence in Pleasant Hill.

  Funeral services were held Thursday, Jan. 20 at The First Baptist Church
of Pleasant Hill with interment following at Spring Ridge Cemetery. Brother
Joe Thibeau officiated.

  Survivors include two daughters, Rebecca Free and husband, Ronnie, of
Mansfield and Susan Remedies and husband, Richard, of Pleasant Hill; four
grandchildren, Christopher Imhoff, Hillary, Jacob and Kyle Gaspard; seven
sisters, Blanche Behan of Mansfield, Arline Smith of Converse, Helen
Roberts of Livingston, Texas, Julie Veuleman of Zwolle, Jewel Ward of
Haughton, Madeline Mueuzeuberger of Lacrosse, Wis., Joyce Timon of Okla;
two brothers, Ben Anderson of New Orleans and David Anderson of Shreveport;
and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Truman Durr, Charles Smith, Kenneth Barnes, Ray Bufkin,
Kenny Allen and Jim Veuleman.
