Anderson 2 Dec 1955 - Funeral services for Carl E. Anderson, 75, who passed away at 4:15 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26 at Sabine clinic was conducted at First Baptist church Many, at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27 with Rev. W. H. Rose, pastor officiating. Interment was in Jerusalem cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral home. Mr. Anderson has resided in Many for the last ten years and was a member of the First Baptist church having moved here from Doyline where he served as an active deacon for 19 years. He was born in Sweden and came to this country in 1898. Surviving relatives are wife, Mrs. C. E. Anderson of Many, Howard of Baton Rouge, R. D. of New Orleans, M. J. of Hong Kong, China; daughters, Mrs. L. H. Hines of Many; brothers, August Anderson of Minneapolis, Minn., George Anderson of Sweden, sister, Mrs. Cecelia Johnson of Loupe City, Nev., and 14 grandchildren.
