Ruth E. Andrews

  Services for Mrs. Ruth E. Andrews, 78, of Mansfield, were held
at 10 a.m., at Drewett memorial Chapel. Officiating was the Rev.
Alfred Mitchell. He was assisted by Rev. Gary Orr. Burial was in
Mansfield Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of
Drewett Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Andrews died at 12:30 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 5, at Midway
Manor Nursing Home, Shreveport, after a lengthy illness. She was
a native of Colfax, and was a former housemother for the Masonic
Children's Home in Alexandria.

  Survivors include one son, Lynn Estrada of New Orleans; two
sisters, Mrs. Hazel Gill of Mansfield, and Mrs. A. W. Robertson
of Bossier City; three grandchildren, Denise Kelly of Mansfield,
Chester Estrada of New Iberia, and Cheryl Ryals of Converse, La.;
and a number of nieces and nephews.
