Mrs. Anderson died Wednesday, March 1, 1995, at Toledo Nursing Center in Zwolle, La. She was buried at Shady Grove Baptist Cemetery, beside her husband of 66 years, Charlie Anderson. Rev. Melvin Reagan, pastor of 1st United Pentecostal Church of Delhi, La., officiated the services. She is survived by one son and his wife, Archie and Gale Anderson of Shreveport; two daughters and their husbands, Janie and Joe Elliott, and Janice and Mickey Malmay, all of Shreveport; one sister, Bernice Clark of Keithville; two brothers, Sam Bison of Stonewall, and Robert Bison of Noble; six grandchildren, Rodney Elliott of Converse, Randall Elliott of Shreveport, Jason Malmay of Shreveport, Karen Anderson Walker of Texarkana, Tex., Becky Elliott Reagan of Delhi, La., and Jamie Malmay of Shreveport; and by eight great grandchildren. She is also survived by "three other special children", Dot Anderson of Zwolle, Mary Lou Bison of Baton Rouge, and Tommy Bison of Shreveport, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
