Hugh Anders

  Hugh Anders, 52, of Houston, Tex., passed away at 10:30 a.m.,
Saturday, Nov. 20. He was a native of Pleasant Hill, Sabine
Parish. He had lived in Houston 25 years, and was a utility
engineer with Petrotex Chemical Co. Mr. Anders was a member of
Minnetex Community Church.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Hugh (Jane) Anders; daughter, Mrs.
Marion Jane Locke; and son-in-law, James Locke, all of Houston;
father, T. W. Anders of Marthaville; sisters, Mrs. C. M. Bostick
of Natchitoches, and Mrs. J. G. Williams of Shreveport; grandson,
Clifford Locke of Houston; half sisters, step brother, and a
number of nieces and nephews.

  The Rev. Donald M. Geiger officiated at the funeral services,
and burial was in Forest Park, Lawndale Cemetery on Monday, Nov.
22, at 2 p.m.
