Pinkey B. Ammons

  Pinkey B. Ammons, 84, died Monday, May 19, at 9:35 p.m., in the
P. S. Hospital in Shreveport, after a short illness.

  Survivors include two sons, Burt Ammons, and Calvin Ammons, both
of Robeline; two daughters, Dorothy Freeman of Robeline; and
Hazel Lawrence of Shreveport; two sisters, Annabella Austin of
Mitchell; and Mamer Lee Gaher of Lamesa, Tex.; 22 grandchildren,
and 33 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 21, at 2 p.m., in the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Joe Mitchell, Jr.,
officiating. Burial followed in the Shamrock Cemetery.
