Reverends Marshall Ingles, and Don Hagar officiated. Interment followed at Spring Ridge Cemetery, under the direction of Rose-Neath's Mansfield Chapel. Mrs. Arie died Tuesday, September 10, at Sabine Medical Center in Many. She was born in Nacogdoches, Texas, July 29, 1902. She was a member of Spring Ridge Baptist Church of Pleasant Hill. She is survived by one great grandson, James Rickey Hebert of Pleasant Hill; two sisters, Ethel Greer Rivers of Pleasant Hill, and Anise Greer Arcemont of New Orleans; one brother, A. E. Greer of Shreveport; one uncle and aunt, Jewel and Lorie Greer of Zwolle; one aunt, Mable Charon of Alexandria; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Jennings Bryant Arie; daughter, Lois Carrie Arie; granddaughter, Delores Marie Goodwin Gonzales. Pallbearers were Terry Ponder, Gene Craig, Nolan Rains, Clyde Gaddis, Chuck Gaddis, and Fred Sanders.
