Mrs. Vera Fay Ayres

  Funeral services for Mrs. Vera Fay Ayres, 40, of Channelview,
Tex. were held Monday, Dec. 9, in the VA chapel, with Chaplain L.
B. Parks officiating. Burial was in the VA Cemetery.

  Mrs. Ayres passed away Thursday, Dec. 5, in a Channelview
hospital.

  She is survived by her husband, Harold W. Ayres; three sons,
Harold W. Jr., Robert Ray, and John Thomas Ayres, all of
Channelview; and a brother, Ray Diven of St. Francis, Wis.

  A local resident attending the funeral was Mrs. Marshall Gentry
of Many.
