A. E. Arthur

  Funeral services for A. E. Arthur, 64, of Florien, were held
Dec. 8, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jerry
Mitchell, and the Rev. J. C. Edwards officiating. Burial was in
the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home of Many.

  Mr. Arthur died Dec. 7, after an extended illness.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lutie Arthur of Florien; a son,
Kenneth Arthur of Florien; two brothers, Carl Arthur of Lawton,
Okla., and Archie Arthur of Florien; a sister, Mrs. Grace Gentry
of Hornbeck; and two grandchildren.
