Mrs. Minnie Arthur

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, for Mrs. Minnie
Arthur, 81, who died Sunday, after a long illness.

  The services were held in the Beulah Baptist Church, with the
Rev. Adams officiating. Burial was in the Beulah Cemetery, with
Warren Meadows Funeral Home in charge.

  Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Lurline Ricketts, Mrs.
June McDonald, and Mrs. C. D. Carroll Jr., all of Shreveport; two
brothers, George McNeese of Zwolle, and Elmer McNeese of
Shreveport; three sisters, Mrs. Delma Pilcher, Mrs. Myrtle
Brumley, both of Shreveport, and Mrs. Manuel Trint of Minden;
eight grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Darold McDonald, Douglas Carroll, Charles
Carroll, Mickey Barnes, Albert Caproni, and Rufus Rivers.
