Mrs. Annie Arrington

  Mrs. Annie Arrington, 88, of Zachary, died Monday, Dec. 23, at
4:30 p.m., after an extended illness.

  Services were held at Ebenezer Baptist Church at 1 p.m.,
Thursday, Dec. 26, with the Rev. Earl Marr. Burial was in the
Ebenezer Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home.

  Pallbearers were eight of his grandsons, Donnie Jordan, Rodney
Jordan, Hilton Coburn, Dale Coburn, Dean Coburn, and Roger
Clements.

  Survivors include 3 sons, L. B. Arrington of Shreveport, J. D.
Arrington of Zachary, and Wallace R. Arrington of Baton Rouge; 5
daughters, Mrs. Olive Coburn of Houston, Mrs. Anabel Jordan of
Florien, Mrs. Margaret Hughs of Leesville, Mrs. Virgie Overton of
Turnersville, New Jersey, and Mrs. Jean Clements of Leesville; 24
grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great
grandchildren.
