Jessie Armstrong

  Jessie Armstrong, 74, of Zwolle, died at his residence on
Saturday, Feb. 25, at 4:30 p.m., following an extended illness.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Florence Armstrong of Zwolle;
five sons, Kenneth Armstrong, Preston Armstrong, David Armstrong,
Douglas Armstrong, and Lavelle Armstrong, all of Zwolle; two
daughters, Mrs. Glennis Leone of Zwolle, and Mrs. Sue Walraven of
Stonewall; a brother, Aubrey Armstrong of Zwolle; four sisters,
Mrs. Myrtie Brown of Natchitoches, Mrs. Mira Saxton of Ferriday,
Mrs. Cevella Chance of Cleveland, Tex., and Mrs. Viola Parker of
Oregon; 30 grandchildren, and 31 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at the Memorial Baptist Church of
Zwolle on Sunday, Feb. 25, at 2 p.m. The Rev. Willis Greer, and
the Rev. Walker Ledford officiated. Burial was in the Zwolle
Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Kenneth Torres, Kenneth Morehead, Bobby
Mitchell, Wayne Ham, Terry Rivers, and Ronnie Smith.
