W. L. Armstrong

  W. L. Armstrong, 52, died in Shreveport on Monday, June 26, at
5:30 a.m., following a short illness.

  Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Dottie Patterson, and Mrs.
Debra Russell, both of Many; a brother, Edgar Armstrong of San
Augustine, Tex.; and three grandchildren, Rebecca, and Rachael
Russell, and Missy Patterson.

  Funeral services were held at the Warren Meadows Funeral Chapel
on Tuesday, June 27, at 4 p.m., with the Rev. Ray Spiller
officiating. Burial was in the Bayou Scie Cemetery, under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
