Dennis Washington Armstrong, Jr.

  Funeral services for Mr. Dennis Washington Armstrong, Jr., were
held Friday, April 22, 1983, at 10 a.m., at Aimwell Baptist
Church. Interment followed at Aimwell Cemetery. Bro. Charles
Duncan officiated. Services were under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Armstrong passed away at the age of 57, at Highland Hospital
in Shreveport, on Wednesday, April 20.

  Surviving relatives are his wife, Bessie Armstrong of Kenner,
La.; three sons, Dennis Armstrong, Robert Armstrong, Jerry
Armstrong, all of Kenner; two daughters, Judy Tridico of
Mondeville, La., Carolyn Talton of Metairie; 12 sisters, Mable
Sanchez, Evergreen, Corriene Juneau, Evergreen, Lucille Patton,
Arkansas, JoAnn Youngblood, Hatti Ruth Chambers, both of Zwolle,
Charllotte Wedgeworth, Linda Faye Anthony, both of Many, Darlene
Knippers, Robeline, Betty Jo Armstrong, Genevee Morgan, both of
Zwolle, Mary Campbell of Texas, Nell Audiberry of Zwolle; four
brothers, Glen Armstrong of Shreveport, Willie Gene Armstrong,
Zwolle, John Riley Armstrong, Metairie, Donald Armstrong, Zwolle;
and six grandchildren.
