Ms. Frances O'Neal Armstrong

  Graveside services for Frances O'Neal Armstrong, 66, of
Metairie, were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, September 6, at Stonewall
Cemetery in Stonewall, La., with the Rev. Damon Heinrich, pastor
of First Methodist Church of Stonewall, officiating. Arrangements
were under the direction of Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Home.

  A native of Pleasant Hill, La., she died Friday, September 4,
1987, in Kenner, La., following a long illness.

  She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Harvey Fore of Metairie,
Mrs. Audrey Russell of Vallejo, Calif.; several nieces and
nephews.
